The underside with Hepsia is the lack of root access to the dedicated server, but you will hastily fall for the user-friendliness of Hepsia's point & click File Manager in exchange.

Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia CP is a normal tool only in combination with the Debian Linux Operating System and is added free of charge. With Hepsia you can host unlimited domain names under a single web hosting user account. This is possible due to Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager interface. The other hosting CP interfaces, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are offered only with CentOS. In contrast with Hepsia, with them you must use 2 different accounts. This is so, because of the fact that cPanel and DirectAdmin do not offer any domain registration/transfer/administration services. If you choose Ubuntu as an Operating System for your dedicated hosting web server, there will be no hosting Control Panel possibility.
Hosted Site Names 2 - unlimited domains can be hosted with all offered web hosting Control Panel setups, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/administer your hostnames in one single user account. Sadly, the cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting Control Panel platforms do not present such feature at all - there is no Domain Manager platform and as a result they need TWO separate user accounts: 1 domain management/billing/support account and 1 site administration user account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin Control Panel).
Operating System (OS) 3 - you will see that the Hepsia hosting Control Panel can work with Debian Linux only. It's free of charge to run it on your dedicated hosting server. Hepsia is not offered with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin CP devices operate only with the CentOS Operating System. Neither of them is offered with Debian or Ubuntu.
